5 Days of Focused, Accelerated Training

If you’re close to earning your Private Pilot Certificate but struggling to reach the finish line, our Private Pilot Finish-Up Program is designed to help you complete training efficiently, confidently, and without unnecessary delays.

This is an accelerated, instructor-led program for motivated pilots who already have foundational training completed and are ready for structured, high-intensity preparation.

Program Prerequisites

To enroll, students must have all of the following completed prior to arrival:

✔️ A minimum of 10 hours of flight instruction already received
✔️ FAA Medical Certificate or BasicMed qualification
    (Not required if pursuing a Sport Pilot Certificate)
✔️ FAA Private Pilot Knowledge (Written) Test completed

These prerequisites ensure we can focus your time on skill refinement, proficiency, and checkride readiness—not initial instruction.

What’s Not Included

To keep pricing transparent and flexible, the following costs are not included in the program fee:

✖️ Aircraft rental
✖️ Housing
✖️ DPE / examiner fees

(These expenses vary by aircraft, housing preference, and examiner availability and are paid separately.)

Program Length & Additional Training Days

Many students complete the program within 5 days, but total duration depends on:

• Current proficiency
• Weather conditions
• Individual learning pace
• Checkride availability

If additional time is required:
Additional training days are available at $750 per day.

We will communicate clearly and recommend only the training necessary to ensure you are genuinely checkride-ready.
